  • The Pennsylvania Coalition Against Domestic Violence (PCADV) 60 community-based Programs and statewide offices are joined in a coalition, acting hand in hand on behalf of domestic violence victims and their children.
  • The Address Confidentiality Program (ACP) is in place to facilitate your safety if moving to a new location to escape an abuser. Your address can become public record, which makes it easy for an abuser to find your location. This is eliminated by providing an alternative address to be used for public record.

  • The Pennsylvania Coalition to Advance Respect (PCAR) works in collaboration with a statewide network of 50 rape crisis centers serving all 67 counties in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The centers provide immediate and long term services to victims of sexual assault and work to create sexual violence public awareness and prevention education within their communities.
  • Find a local Rape Crisis/Sexual Assault Center located in Pennsylvania.

  • The Pennsylvania Crime Victims website provides information for crime victims and victim service professionals about the criminal and juvenile justice systems, victims' rights in Pennsylvania and victims' compensation.
  • The Victims Compensation Assistance Program (VCAP) helps victims and their families through the emotional and physical aftermath of a crime by easing the financial impact placed upon them by the crime.
  • PA VINE: Pennsylvania's Automated Victim Notification Service is a free, confidential, and automated service that helps victims, law enforcement, advocates and community members keep up to date on the status of an offender housed in a county jail, state prison, or under state parole supervision within the Commonwealth.
  • PA OVA: Pennsylvania's Office of the Victim Advocate provides victims of crime with notifications, support, and advocacy services.
